i cleaned the house from tip to tip today.

i found homes for all of those little pieces of paper that, united, created a huge pile that has been looming over me while i slept since we moved in here a month ago.

i swept up the gus bunnies that were in all of the corners and had enough fur to make a whole new dog.

i had a chance to be annoyed that we have two bathrooms. until cleaning time, having a backup is great. i hardly ever have to smell ted's poo and vice versa. the excitement and fulfillment that i had when i finished cleaning the bedroom toilet was post-poned but then amplified once the other toilet was done.

ps. i refuse to vacuum.


the kitchen: not much wall space, but i chose this delicious green-tea colour. bright and fun.





i envisioned a warm earthy coffee-with-cream colour. i found a mis-tint that worked so well - and only $9.





i picked a shade darker than the kitchen colour for this fantastic green in the bedroom. our bedding has to be brown, to accomodate gus.
